The Cayman Islands Diabetes Association is a registered non-profit organization and an official member of The International Diabetes Federation. They are partnered with the Cayman Heart Fund to offer free diabetes screenings to islanders. 

The Cayman Islands Diabetes Association aims to educate and create awareness of this disease. They host a variety of fundraising events, including an annual 5k walk and run, and celebrate World Diabetes Day every November.
